Driving Directions

From the SOUTH:

Take I-35W North towards downtown. Merge onto MN-65 via exit 16A on the left toward 1-94W. Take the 11th Street/E Grant St ramp, take 11th street and turn right onto Marquette Avenue.

From the NORTH:

Take I-35W South toward downtown to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right onto Washington Avenue exit 17C. Turn left onto 4th Ave S/MN-65. Take the 1st right onto the S 3rd St.

From the WEST (via 94):

Take 94E to the 4th Street exit 230, toward MN-55 W/7th St N. Follow the 4th Street to Marquette Avenue and turn left at Marquette and go up 1 block.

From the WEST (via 394):

Take I-394E to the 4th Street exit. Follow the 4th Street to Marquette Avenue and turn left at Marquette and go up 1 block.

From the EAST:

Take the I-94W to the 11th Street exit, EXIT 233A. Merge onto 11th Street and take it to Marquette and turn right and go up 8 blocks.

Parking

Parking is available in our underground parking facility which is accessible on 3rd Street between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Mall. Surface and street parking is also available and bike parking is available by request.
